Please read our Company Returns Policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges.


If you wish to return your item, this must be within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the 30 days have passed since purchasing, we can no longer offer you a refund.


Your item/s must meet our Company Returns standards or we will not accept your refund:


Items must be unused, showing no signs of wear. Examples: items must be make up, fragrance and stain-free. 


Items must be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact.


Non-refundable items: 

Gift cards

Discounted / Sale items (any sale items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged)


We will not accept any returns that do not comply.

Forms Workwear are not liable and do not accept any returns that are lost or undelivered by post. We advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely. Please keep your proof of postage in the event of this happening, in order to contact your chosen courier.


In the case that the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us before returning in order to resolve the issue together. This must be within 7 days of the date delivered.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below.

1. Please contact our Customer Service team via email: within the 30 day returns policy time frame regarding your return. Please include the following information:

  • Provide your order number

  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return: (1.) Ordered multiple sizes (2.) Changed my mind (3.) Doesn’t suit me (4.) Faulty item (5.) Too big / long (6.) Too small / short (7.) Poor Quality (8.) Incorrect item received (9.) Looks different to image on site

Once your returned item(s) has been received and approved by a member of our team, we will begin to process your refund.

Your refund request will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase. We aim to process your refund as soon as possible, however, once we have received your item, please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to reach your account. Please note: this could vary / delay depending on your bank.

In the event that your return does not meet our Company policy, you will be notified via email and your item will be returned to the original address.
